Q. I had a tree branch fall on my metal roof. Can you replace that piece or do I need to replace the whole roof?
Jr. at Lykens Valley says; on a metal roof, we should be able to very easily replace only the damaged pieces. We strongly recommend you to take care of it before your interior suffers any water damage.
Q. I have a small brown spot on my ceiling and it keeps getting worse every time it rains. My roof is only a couple years old. How much would it cost to fix it?
It could depend on whether your roof was previously installed properly or whether an inferior product was used. Jr. at LVC should be able to tell you onsite what it will cost.
We recommend a roof analysis for this. You can clean roofs if your existing materials are still good. AnLVC roof analysis should help you come up with a detailed plan of action.
Your underlayment should still keep your roof sealed for a little while after a shingle blows off but, Lykens Valley Contractors should be able to help you out within 2 weeks.
